doing jokers voice takes a toll on my best friend

Here is a request drawing I I did for jokerfan79 she worked on jokers voice for a long time and the affects are showing as she is turning into him

(i did her mid changeing of my best friend turning into the clown prince soon to look exact like him it was tricky to do half her hair and half jokers so just did this)
